Today, Pedal Power has over 3,500 financial members. We put on some of the best organised rides in the country. We support kids and adults to get to their schools or work on bikes. We advocate on behalf of all people for cycling facilities that will get more people on bikes.
Getting more people on bikes makes sense because it means there are less cars on the road (so people who need to drive can do so quicker), this leads to less polution, more social capital and fitter people. Makes sense, just needs a bit of help from the Government to build the facilities that make people feel safe.
Also, Pedal Power organises rides, we kind of already said that but it's important. Riding bikes is fun, and that's what actually matters.
